need ideas for a motorcycle pet carrier for dogs

My coworker has a rebel too, we like to talk about motorcycles when we're on lunch break and all. He has a boston terrier and is trying to figure out a safer way for his dog to ride with him.

I told him to get one of those dog backpacks, but he doesn't feel like his buddy's gonna be comfortable in it

Anyone got better ideas for a motorcycle pet carrier for dogs?

I don't recommend K9 Sports Sack. I feel like I can feel my dog being uncomfy in it. Maybe dog crates for motorcycles would be better options. I think Kuryakyn Pet Palce or Buddyrider are the best ones!

I saw someone around my place using a milk crate as a makeshift pillion seat to carry her dog. Not sure if your buddy would fit, but it's an idea for sure

Try a tail or tank mounted carrier made for small dogs could work better, there's more space, built in harness points, and better airflow, or I see some people go all out with custom side setups, but that takes more effort and yeah, doggles and a harness go a long way for safety if your pup is kinda riding often

bro, those kinds of backpacks aren't for a Boston Terrier. What your buddy needs is a seat mounted pet carrier
Brands like Kuryakyn (their Grand Pet Palace is popular) or NelsonRigg (Rover Pet Carrier) are fantastic!

There are purpose built pet carriers for bikes like the K9 moto cockpit or the Buddy Rider, which are way more stable than a sling or backpack, it might not look as cool as cruising with a pup in a hoodie, but the dog will probably enjoy the ride way more
