Helping my neighbor out for his '99 Rebel

I'm getting myself into this whole small steps of kindness thing and I've been helping my neighbor (he's 76 and still strong) look into bolt-on trike kits for his 1999 Honda Rebel 250. He doesn't know much about surfing the web now so I'm here to the rescue. Anyway, he says he wants something safe, simple, and ideally not over $3,000. Are there kits you can recommend for this bike that are easy to work with? Thanks!

Shout out to you for helping your neighbor, that's really commendable! And I totally agree, Tow-Pac and Voyager are excellent choices. A few years ago, I helped a friend's uncle install a second-hand Voyager kit on his small Suzuki. It only took us a couple of hours with just some basic hand tools, no cutting involved, and he was back on the road sporting a huge smile.
